Håkan Jönsson: Sustainable Development Goals and Sustainable Eating

The interviewee

Håkan Jönsson

Senior lecturer at the Department of Arts and Cultural Sciences and Department of Food Technology and Nutrition at Lund University .

We have interviewed Håkan Jönsson about the course “Sustainable Eating” and how the Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are integrated in this course.

The course has an interdisciplinary approach, combining cultural, nutritional and geographical perspectives and gives the student a broad introduction to the study of food and eating in relation to sustainability. Local field studies are combined with a global outlook, based on literature studies. https://www.lu.se/lubas/i-uoh-lu-SASH59
