Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science
The course provides in-depth insights to the actors, processes and problems of global environmental politics and offers both practical and theoretical understanding about the world of international relations. It is designed to be accessible for students who come from a variety of disciplinary backgrounds. The course will be taught in English. The course takes up issues of international development and global trade.

We refer to Agenda 2030 on several slides and we have a simulation about reform UN environmental governance and a game about the politics of nature (in which the SDGs can play a prominent role, but that depends also on the students and their choices
